Our Team
David C. Rosenberg, MD
Dr. Rosenberg is a board-certified Family Physician. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami in 1988 and completed his residency in Family Medicine at The Washington Hospital in Washington, Pennsylvania in 1991. After practicing Emergency Medicine at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center for two years, he started private practice in Jupiter, in 1993. He is an avid baseball fan and Beatles fanatic, since he was 8 years old. He has been married to his wife, Mary for 35 years and has three grown children.
David completed additional studies at Mercer University, Macon, Georgia and obtained a BS in Chemistry in 1983.

Brittany Johnston, MSN, FNP-C
Brittany is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with special interest in emergency and integrative medicine. She has a strong background in emergency and critical care. She obtained an Associate Degree of Science in Nursing from the University of Toledo in Toledo, OH. She made the Dean’s List and graduated with honors from Chamberlain University in Chicago, IL with a Bachelor and master’s degree of Science in Nursing.
Brittany has practiced pediatric and adult emergency medicine in Michigan, Ohio and Florida. She maintains certifications in basic life support, pediatric advance life support, and advanced cardiac life support through the American Heart Association. She is also trained in the administration of ozone therapy.
In addition to her extensive clinical experience, she has studied holistic, preventive, and functional medicine. She believes in protecting, promoting and maintaining one’s health and well-being.

Eileen Brand
Since 2001 Eileen has been supporting Dr. Rosenberg administratively, primarily with reception services, patient greeting, phone attendance and schedule management. Eileen prides herself with excellent patient relationship skills promoting the philosophy that each patient is family. Eileen enjoys spending time with her mother, two adult daughters, grandson and sons-in-law.

Yolanda Colon
Yolanda Colon has been with Dr. Rosenberg since 2002. Her responsibilities include providing a superior level of health care service, patient follow-up, physician support and managing the day to day medical needs of the practice. Yolanda has been married since 2009 and lives in the Port Saint Lucie area with their two children.
